Dundee Announces Blackadders LLP as New Training Partner

Dundee have today announced a partnership with Blackadders LLP as their new official training partner. The national law firm, who were first based in the City of Discovery only, will now feature on all of the club’s training wear, a first of its kind deal for the Dark Blue’s. Dundee’s Managing Director John Nelms highlighted the importance of having a sponsorship agreement with a company that has heritage so close to home as Blackadder’s LLP does. He said: “We are delighted to welcome Blackadders LLP as our new Training Wear Partner. “Blackadders is a highly respected Scottish firm with strong ties to Dundee, and we are proud to be partnering with an organisation that shares our ambition and commitment to the local community. “We look forward to working together throughout the season and beyond.” Blackadders Joint Managing Partner Emma Gray also spoke on her optimism ahead of the agreement taking shape. She said: “We are thrilled to be partnering with Dundee Football Club as its new Training Wear Partner. “The club plays an important role in the city and its community and we are proud to support the team, staff and supporters. “We are excited about the opportunities this partnership presents and look forward to a successful relationship with Dundee FC.” Dundee will fly to Hungary for a week-long pre-season camp on June 28th, ahead of their first League Cup Group Stage fixture at home to Airdrieonians on July 11th. Their pre-season preparations continue with a home friendly against English Premier League side Everton scheduled amongst the rest of their League Cup ties, before kicking-off their Premiership campaign away to title holders Celtic on August 3rd.
Aberdeen FC key dates for 26/27

After the 2026/27 fixtures being released this afternoon, here are some key dates as the Dons’ set their sights on top six once again. The First Five: Aberdeen v Hearts – The Dons’ open their season at home to Hearts who spent most of last season at the top, although the Jambos have lost many of their star players as well as gaffer, McInnes. Hearts have had a tough time at Pittodrie, not winning in the Granite City since 2016 as they prepare to fight towards the title once again. Dundee v Aberdeen – Aberdeen make the short trip down the A9 to face Dundee at Dens Park. Aberdeen have lost their last two against the Dee with Aberdeen last meeting the Dens Park side being on the final day of last season in a 3-2 defeat for Aberdeen. Motherwell v Aberdeen – The Dons make the long journey down to Fir Park to face the Steelmen – a side who they haven’t had the best of times against. Aberdeen haven’t won at the home for the Steelmen in two years. Aberdeen v Rangers – The Dons and Rangers meet again as Aberdeen go up against former boss, Derek McInnes as he looks to get off to the perfect start under the Ibrox side. It’s always an exciting match between the two sides as a feisty encounter awaits on matchday four. Celtic v Aberdeen – Aberdeen head to East End Glasgow to face the Champions, Celtic who they have a horrid record against, despite winning the 2025 Scottish Cup against Celtic but in the league, they haven’t defeated the Glasgow side since 2017, a Considine strike to grab second on the final day. Halloween classic Aberdeen are in for a very tasty clash on Halloween as they make the spooky trip to Govan to face Rangers at Ibrox. Another very exciting meeting in store as the Dons will be eager to haunt Rangers and McInnes in Glasgow. Festive Period Six-days before Christmas, Aberdeen take on Celtic at Pittodrie as they look to end their horror record at home to Celtic before they make the boxing day trip to Perth to take on newly promoted St Johnstone at McDiarmid Park. As the year comes to a close, Aberdeen will welcome Motherwell to Pittodrie as they look to end the year on a high ahead of a new year trip to Paisley as Stephen Robinson meets his former side. Final Day before the split A day which may be crucial, Aberdeen host Kilmarnock which may be very important as they look to grab a top six spot and regain their European status for the following campaign.
Key dates for Hibernian next season

The fixtures for the 2026/27 Scottish Premiership season have now released and many Hibernian fans will look to the schedule to see when the biggest games or toughest fixture run takes place. The openers: The entirety of the Scottish opening weekend will be live on Sky Sports as David Gray’s side will kick off the campaign at home for the first time since 2023. They face a Motherwell side who will look to continue their good form from last season despite the departure of manager Jens Berthel Askou. The match will kick off at 4:30pm on Sunday 2nd August. Hibs’ first away day of this season will be a repeat of their final one from last season as they travel to Ibrox for Derek McInnes’ first home league match as Rangers boss. The match kicks off at 4pm on Sunday 9th August. The derbies: The first Edinburgh of the season will take place under the lights of Easter Road at 7:45pm on Wednesday 2nd September. Hibs then travel to Tynecastle on Boxing Day before hosting Hearts once more in the final pre-split fixture on Saturday 10th April. Festive football: Hibs’ final match before Christmas will take place at home on Saturday 19th December, as mentioned they travel to Tynecastle on Boxing Day before closing out the year at home to St. Mirren on Wednesday 30th December at 7:45pm. They start the new year by travelling to Falkirk on the 2nd January. Other interesting fixtures for Hibs include facing Rangers and Celtic back-to-back in December alongside successive two trips to Dundee in five days and the final pre-split away fixture taking place at Ibrox on the 3rd April. Hibs’ next fixture takes place on the 30th June as they travel to Dublin to take on Shamrock Rovers in a preseason friendly. Their first competitive fixture of the season takes place on Thursday 23rd July as they travel to either FK Vllaznia of Albania or FC Malisheva of Kosovo in the 2nd round of qualifying for the UEFA Conference League.

Today, all twelve teams in the Scottish Premiership have discovered their fixture list for the 2026/27 league campaign. Martin O’Neil recently put pen to paper on a new contract, a one-year deal to remain at Celtic Park. The 74-year-old was hugely impressive throughout both of his stints as caretaker manager of Celtic last season, bringing a Scottish Cup trophy and title number 56 back to the east end of Glasgow. Celtic’s Opening Five Fixtures: Celtic v Dundee FC (3rd August, 7:30 pm) Kilmarnock v Celtic (9th August, 1:30 pm) St. Johnstone v Celtic ( 22nd August, 3:00 pm) Celtic v Falkirk ( 29th August, 3:00 pm) Celtic v Aberdeen ( 2nd September, 7:45 pm) Celtic are set to kick off their title defence on a Monday night, due to other sporting events happening in the city over the course of that weekend. Key Fixtures The first Glasgow derby of the season will take place at Celtic Park on Sunday, 20th September. The new year will kick off with Rangers hosting Celtic at Ibrox on January 2nd, and the final pre-split Old Firm is set to commence on February 27th at Celtic Park. The Hoops have their dates set with last season’s title rivals Hearts, which ended in jubilation for Celtic and misery for Hearts. The departures of manager Derek McInnes, along with star striker Lawrence Shankland, to Rangers are monumental losses for the Jambos. The first clash between last season’s top two takes place on the 17th October, at Celtic Park, Tynecastle will play host on the 28th November, and lastly, the final pre-split fixture between the two is on February 13th at Celtic Park. A huge season is in store for the Scottish Premiership, with the opening game of the 2026/27 season just over six weeks away.
