The SFA have today announced the officials who will referee the opening six fixtures of the Premiership calendar.

The referees are as follows:

Celtic v Dundee – Matthew MacDermid

St Johnstone v Kilmarnock – John Beaton

Falkirk v St Mirren – Duncan Nicolson

Hibernian v Motherwell – Steven McLean

Dundee United v Rangers – Nick Walsh

Aberdeen v Hearts – David Dickinson

With the appointments now confirmed, the stage is set for the opening fixtures of the 26/27 campaign. It all starts on Friday evening as Dundee United take on Rangers.
