Dundee have completed the signing of Welsh midfielder Joel Cotterill, who joins on a loan deal from Swansea City until the end of the season and will wear the number 24. The transfer is subject to international clearance.

Joel spent the first part of the season on loan at English League Two side Bristol Rovers, where he featured in 13 matches, 10 of those being from the start.

Joel on signing for The Dark Blues:

“It’s a good feeling, nice to be here. I had a Zoom call with the gaffer, was really interesting, said nothing but good things about the club, that really hooked me in. Obviously knowing Cam (Congreve), Yan (Dhanda) and Joe Westley helped, I had a few chats with Cam who spoke highly about his time up here so far and would be really good for me, ready for a new challenge.”
