Ross County have confirmed the signing of Nick Suman on a season-long-loan from Aberdeen.
The Australian keeper began his career at the other side of the world at Western Sydney Wanderers where he developed within the youth ranks in Australia in which saw Suman have three other spells at MacArthur, Northbridge and Bulls FC.
Suman then made the move to the Granite City, joining Scottish League One outfit, Cove Rangers which saw him make 59 appearances at Balmoral Stadium being earning a big move across the city to Premiership side Aberdeen.
The 26-year-old featured once for the Pittodrie side on the final day at Dens last season, which saw Stephen Robinson’s side defeat 3-2 in the City of Discovery.
On the signing of the goalkeeper, Stuart Kettlewell said: “Nick has proven how good a goalkeeper he is throughout his time in Scotland, so I’m really pleased to have him join the group here.
“He has very good experience at this level and has been a standout in League 1.
“Nick adds great competition in the goalkeeping department and I’m confident the group will bring the best out of each other.
“Importantly, Nick has shown great appetite to make the move here and wants be a part of what we are building.”
Bradley Wade has also departed the Staggies to return closer to home in England due to personal reasons.
