Sebastien Pocognoli named his second Scotland squad earlier today, with numerous changes from his first squad.
Scotland take on North Macedonia on Friday the 13th November at Barclays Hamden, before a trip to Switzerland to conclude a disappointing UEFA Nations League campaign, and start to life as Scotland boss for Pocognoli.
The squad features five changes from the first squad with Josh Doig, Colby Donovan, Scott McKenna, Lennon Miller and James Wilson dropping out in place of James Penrice, Scott McTominay and Ché Adams. Kenny McLean was also included in the initial September squad, but dropped out through injury and his replacement Kristi Montgomery has kept his place.
Scotland’s star man Scott McTominay will return to the squad after missing the previous camp due to heart surgery recovery. Ché Adams missed Pocognoli’s first camp with injury, but the Torino forward has enjoyed a good season in front of goal so far and regains his place.
Rangers left-back James Penrice has earned his first Scotland call-up on the back of excellent form for Derek McInnes’ side, whilst Sassuolo fullback Josh Doig drops out.
The full squad is as follows:
